PHILADELPHIA -- For the first time since the 2005-06 season, the Temple women's basketball team is ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 poll. The Owls entered the poll with a ranking 23. In the USA Today/WBCA Coaches poll, the Owls moved up to #20.
The Owls are 21-5 overall with an 11-2 record in the American. Temple has a two-game lead over third-place USF, after beating the #22 Bulls on their home court on Sunday.
