TAMPA, FLA. – The Temple women's basketball team (8-7, 3-1 AAC) dropped a tightly-contested overtime contest to the South Florida Bulls (14-5, 4-1 AAC) on Saturday evening. Trailing by two points with 26 seconds remaining, forward Mia Davis converted on a layup to send the game in overtime. However, despite the 44 combined points from Davis and Alexa Williamson, the Owls failed to capitalize in the overtime period, as a 10-3 run virtually sealed the game for the Bulls.
