PHILADELPHIA - Seven Temple programs have been announced as recipients of the NCAA's Division I Academic Performance Program (APP) Public Recognition, honoring the top 10 percent of Division I teams across the nation for their multi-year academic performance. The total number ties 2017 for the most Temple teams ever recognized, and leads all schools in the American Athletic Conference.
"I'm so proud of the way our programs continue to excel academically and give Temple a reputation of success at both the conference and national level," said Temple's Director of Athletics Dr. Patrick Kraft. "To have seven teams recognized nationally for a second year in a row is truly an amazing accomplishment.
