IRVING, Texas- After a pair of wins over Old Dominion this weekend, defender Courtney Taylor and midfielder Bridget Whitaker have been named to the American Athletic Conference Weekly Honor Roll. For Taylor, it is the third time she has been honored with a weekly award this season. For Whitaker, it is her first time being recognized by the conference since being named Preseason All-AAC.
Whitaker led the Owls with four points on Friday against the Monarchs, including her second hat-trick in three games. The senior also absolutely dominated the draw circle, setting a new season-high eight draw controls.
