PHILADELPHIA -- Temple lacrosse head coach Bonnie Rosen has announced the hiring of former Owls' standout Stephany ParceIl Gobrecht '13 as an assistant coach for the program.
"I am thrilled to welcome Steph back to Temple," said Rosen. "As we considered our candidates for this position we were looking for: a skilled teacher and thinker of the game, a coach who had a demonstrated interest in developing the whole student-athlete, and someone who would be driven to make Temple a top team in the nation. Steph checked each of those boxes and more."
Parcell Gobrecht was a mainstay on the field in her playing days at Temple, starting 54 games while racking up 120 goals, 33 assists and 111 draw controls -- a number that still ranks fourth all-time for the Owls.
