PHILADELPHIA – Temple University's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) announced its Executive Board for the 2021-22 academic year.
Senior Jackie Terpak from women's gymnastics will serve as SAAC president with field hockey sophomore Emma Nesbitt named vice president. Rounding out the rest of the five-member leadership team is women's rowing junior Riley Hackett (event coordinator), football senior Ra'Von Bonner (Director of Student Engagement) and men's soccer redshirt freshman Manny Ikeocha (DEI Chair).

The purpose of the advisory committee is to provide advice and guidance to athletic administrators, solicit student-athlete response to proposed NCAA legislation, suggest potential NCAA legislation, create a vehicle for student athlete representation on campus-wide or conference-wide committees, and act as a liaison between student-athletes, faculty, administrators, and staff.
