PHILADELPHIA - In its second Big 5 game of the season, the Temple men's basketball team earned a 108-61 defeat of Saint Joseph's Tuesday night. With the win, the Owls improved to 7-2 on the season and 2-0 in Big 5 play.
The victory was the first 100-point game for Temple since 2013, the 20th in program history, who remains undefeated when scoring in the triple-digits. Just one point shy of tying the record for most points scored in the Liacouras Center, the win marked the most points Temple has scored since facing St. Bonaventure in 2007.
