Nate Pierre-Louis Shares AAC Most Improved Player Award

PHILADELPHIA – Temple sophomore guard Nate Pierre-Louis has been named the co-Most Improved Player in the American Athletic Conference as the league released its individual awards today. Pierre-Louis shares the award with UConn sophomore Josh Carlton.

Pierre-Louis was third on Temple with 13.4 points per game and was second for the Owls with 5.7 rebounds per game. One of the top defensive players in the conference, the Plainfield, N.J. native ranked fifth in the conference with 1.6 steals per game and sixth with 34.1 minutes per game.
