PHILADELPHIA – Monté Ross, who has 23 years of Division I college coaching experience with 10 coming as the head coach at the University of Delaware, will join Aaron McKie's staff as the associate head coach at Temple University.
"I have known Monté most of my life and not only is he a great man, but he is also one of the best basketball minds in the business," said McKie. "He was Saint Joseph's top assistant during their run to the Elite Eight, and then he took Delaware to the NCAAs for the first time in 15 years as a head coach.
