TALLAHASSEE, FL- The NCAA Championships in Tallahassee, Fla. are in the books. Michelle Joyce represented the Cherry and White as only the second women's runner in program history to qualify for NCAA's. This race was the biggest test of the season for Joyce who faced off against nearly 250 of the best collegiate runners. She held her ground with a 141st place finish with a time of 20:44.9, the time Joyce ran was her third best 6k performance of the season.
Joyce's season was highlighted by three top-3 finishes at the Temple Invite, Iona Meet of Champions, and the AAC Championships; however, it was capped off with an 11th place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regionals which cemented her spot to qualify for the NCAA Championships.
