PHILADELPHIA – The Temple men's tennis team extended its winning streak to four matches on Saturday as they took down visiting Wagner College, 7-0.
"It was a good win today against Wagner. The guys came out strong in doubles and continued in singles. I was very impressed with our three freshmen – Florian Mayer, Uladzimir Dorash and Artem Kapshuk, who all had strong singles performances," said head coach Steve Mauro. "Between the three freshman and the returning players, the team is off to a great start and hopefully we'll keep the momentum going into our East Carolina and UConn matches this weekend.
