UNIVERSITY PARK – In the Owls' afternoon dual, a final score of 4-3 handed Temple men's tennis a win over Penn State University. A surge of singles victories helped push the Owls over Penn State after falling in all three doubles rounds.
The Owls' double play finished out with three losses from pairing Artem Kapshuk and Thomas Sevel in the first spot, Uladzimir Doarsh and Francisco Bohorquez in the second spot and Vineet Naran and Florian Mayer closing out in the third spot.
In singles play, the Owls were able to log four wins with Kapshuk in the top position followed by Mayer, Sevel, Dorash, and Bohorquez.
