TULSA, OK. – In its first of two matches this weekend, Temple men's tennis defeated Oral Roberts 4-2 on Saturday afternoon. The singles flights stepped up to secure the win after falling in all three doubles flights.
With Oral Roberts taking the lead after the doubles flights, the pressure was on Artem Kapshuk to change things around in singles. The sophomore led off with a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Koncz. After Florian Mayer's match did not finish, Thomas Sevel picked up a big win over Saletovic. Francisco Bohorquez and Eric Biscoveanu added two more singles wins to secure the victory.
