PHILADELPHIA— Temple men's tennis (3-3) fell to VCU (5-4) 4-1 Sunday night at Penn's Hecht Tennis Center.

> The Owls started off strong, earning the doubles point with a 6-1 win from Alberto Caceres Casas/Mark Wallner and a 6-4 win from Uladzimir Dorash/Paolo Cucalon.
> In singles, Temple's momentum faltered. VCU won four straight singles matches to clinch the contest.
