GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Temple men's tennis team continued to be a dominant force, winning its seventh straight match on Saturday night after defeating Youngstown State, 5-2.
"The guys played well today, especially in doubles. I'm really happy with the way everyone came out in the beginning of the match and fought to pick up the doubles win," said head coach Steve Mauro. "There were also some strong performances in singles and we hope to keep our streak alive against St. Francis."
The Owls swept the singles point with a 6-1 win from Hicham Belkssir and Vineet Naran at the first flight and a 6-3 victory from Uladzimir Dorash and Florian Mayer at the third flight.
