NEW YORK - After a 2-0 week for Temple lacrosse, senior Morgan Glassford has been named the BIG EAST Midfielder of the Week. The Owls have now earned major weekly awards in two of the three weeks of the 2017 season so far, with Brenda McDermott previously earning BIG EAST Attacker of the Week honors on Feb. 14.
Glassford stuffed the stat sheet this past week with six goals, one assist, six ground balls, nine draw controls and two caused turnovers in victories at Saint Joseph's and versus Lafayette. The senior notched a hat trick in both games and added an assist in the St.
