PHILADELPHIA - Temple fencing senior Malia Hee has been named to the 2020 First Team Academic All-District® Women's At-Large Team, as announced by CoSIDA Thursday afternoon. The award is the latest on Hee's impressive list of honors in her final season on Broad Street, with the saberist most recently being named a second-team All-America selection by the USFCA.
This season's sabre squad captain, Hee was the sabre wins leader for the season with 62. Her career total of 235 tied with fellow senior Kerry Plunkett to set the record in all-time sabre wins.
