PHILADELPHIA – Temple Gymnastics secured its second home win of the season on Saturday at the 2018 Ken Anderson Memorial Invitational. The Owls posted a 194.625 ahead of West Chester's 192.650. Bridgeport came in third with a 191.075 followed by Ursinus in fourth with a 185.175. Temple snagged four individual event titles and five other top-three finishes.

Temple kicked off competition on vault where the squad totaled a 48.550. Senior and co-captain Sahara Gipson placed first overall as the Owls' highest scorer with a 9.8. Sophomore Jaylene Everett and freshman Tori Edwards top three with scores 9.
