PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - It was a great day to be an Owl Saturday as Temple Golf won the four-team Temple Spring Invite by 13 strokes and junior Conor McGrath shot an even par 70 to share medalist honors. The one-round tournament was held at Temple's home course, the 6,951-yard, par-70 The 1912 Club.
Scouting the Owls
> It was the first win McGrath's collegiate career and it was the third time he has led the Owls in five tournaments this season. The Temple junior started slow, double-bogeyed the first hole, but recovered with three birdies to hit the turn at just one-over.
