NEW HAVEN, Conn. – After a fourth-place finish at the Princeton Invitational last weekend, the Temple golf team returns to action at the Yale Spring Invitational on Saturday, April 16. The 14-team event will be held at the par-70, 6,825-yard Yale University Golf Course. The tournament will consist of 36 holes on Saturday.
Previewing the Owls
> Junior co-captain Conor McGrath, who leads the Owls with a 71.72 stroke average, had the best fall of any Temple golfer in school history. He finished second overall at the Princeton Invitational with a four-under 209.
> Sophomore Graham Chase ranks second on the team with a 73.
