Golf Finishes 17th at The Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate

AIKEN, S.C. – Playing in a strong field at The Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate, Temple Golf placed 17^th overall in the 54-hole, 18-team event held at the 6,617-yard, par-70 Palmetto Golf Club.

Sophomore Trey Wren led the Owls and tied for 44^th overall with a 12-over 222 (75-72-75). Redshirt sophomore John Barone was two-strokes back with a 224 (70-78-76) to tie for 54^th in the 90-player tournament. Junior Mark Farley was the Owls' most consistent golfer, shooting three rounds of 76 to tie for 69^th with a 228.
