NEW YORK - Four senior Temple field hockey players have been recognized with BIG EAST Conference postseason awards, as announced by the league office on Wednesday afternoon. Sarah Deck and Alyssa Delp have both earned All-BIG EAST First Team honors, while Tricia Light and Haley Mitchell have been named to the BIG EAST Second Team.
"These four women showed great skill, consistency and tenacity all season," said Temple head coach Marybeth Freeman. "They each give something different to the program and within the team, but their common trait is their ability to put words into action.
