PROVIDENCE- Temple kicker Will Mobley earned AAC Special Teams Player of the Week honors for his three field-goal performance in a 30-28 win against Memphis.
Mobley hit three consecutive field goals to help the Owls take an early 16-0 lead against Memphis. They were from 29, 31, and a career-high 44 yards out. On the season, Mobley is 20-20 on PATs and 7-8 on field goal attempts. CB Harrison Hand also earned AAC honor roll honors for his defensive play in the win. Hand led the team with nine tackles and had an interception and a forced fumble in the victory.
