The play of the day was turned in by a pair of redshirt juniors. WR Brodrick Yancy split the middle of the defense for an 80-yard score from QB Frank Nutile. The second grouping faced a similar fate from yesterday, beginning practice in the sun and suffering an interruption midway through due to thunder/lightning.
