A flawless start to the 2023-24 season continued for the TCU women’s basketball team over the weekend, when the Horned Frogs took down UTEP and Nebraska to claim the St. Pete Showcase title and move to 7-0 on the season. TCU tipped off the tournament in dominant fashion on Thursday, cruising over UTEP 85-56 before outlasting Nebraska for an 88-81 victory on Saturday to clinch the championship. The Horned Frogs finished the month of November unbeaten and they’ll return to action against Tulsa on Friday, Dec. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
