FORT WORTH - Two Big 12 teams headed in opposite directions crossed paths on Saturday at Amon G. Carter Stadium.
The steamroller won, decisively.
Oklahoma State ground TCU into little pieces during a 31-6 win. The Cowboys ran for 334 yards and had 541 yards in total offense, both season-highs against slumping TCU.
This was the Frogs’ worst loss since a 55-28 defeat at Louisville in November 2004 and most lopsided defeat at home in 200 games with Gary Patterson as head coach. It marked the first time TCU had been held to single-digit points since a loss to Texas in October 2013.
