Oklahoma jumped to the No. 3 spot in the latest College Football Playoff rankings after beating TCU this past weekend.
The Sooners had to deal with plenty of adversity, losing starting quarterback Baker Mayfield for the second half of the game after the Heisman contender took a hard shot to the back of the helmet. But they fought through and won, 30-29, after TCU’s last-second two-point conversion fell incomplete.
Some of that may have stemmed from this awesome team motivational video they watched a couple hours before taking the field against the Horned Frogs, shared by Oklahoma’s official Vimeo account.
