TCU basketball had its chances to finally break through for its first ever win at Allen Fieldhouse on Wednesday, but the No. 25 Horned Frogs ultimately fell short in a 77-68 loss to No.7 Kansas.
The Horned Frogs, after trailing 40-31 at halftime, rallied to make it a three-point deficit in the final minutes of play. But a series of missed shots and untimely turnovers ultimately sealed the fate for Jamie Dixon & Co. The loss brought TCU's nine-game win streak to a halt as the Horned Frogs fell to 12-2 on the season (1-1 Big 12) at 0-8 all-time on the road against the Jayhawks.
