ARLINGTON -- When it comes to TCU football’s quarterback race and head coach Gary Patterson’s golf game, one commonality exists.
That is, that the 20-year Horned Frogs head coach "wouldn’t handicap" either one of them.
With the arrival of Big 12 Media Days at AT&T Stadium, the Horned Frogs' ever-complicated quarterback battle -- one featuring six players -- remains exactly that. Patterson stayed mum on identifying any front-runner Monday, though he expressed excitement about the morale of the quarterback room as the group attempts to sort itself out.
“I think that they have all really handled themselves very well,” Patterson said.
