TCU coach Gary Patterson didn’t provide an update on quarterback Shawn Robinson during Monday’s Big 12 football coaches conference call.
Robinson exited last Saturday’s game against Iowa State after sustaining an apparent left shoulder injury.
“He hasn’t even done an MRI or anything just yet,” Patterson said. “So no [update].”
Robinson immediately grabbed his left shoulder after a 1-yard run in the fourth quarter on Saturday, and headed to the locker rooms after a lengthy delay. Robinson kept the ball on a read option play, and sustained a big hit on his shoulder from Cyclones safety Greg Eisworth.
