TCU receiver KaVontae Turpin's injury looked serious when it happened Saturday. Monday, head coach Gary Patterson confirmed the electric receiver and return man would be out for some time.
Patterson, speaking on a Big 12 conference call, said that Turpin did indeed suffer a leg injury but did not give any further specifics.
