The Frogs are getting stronger defensively with their 2019 class, and a key to that is Aledo defensive end Colt Ellison. Ellison made his commitment official on Wednesday, by signing his NLI with TCU.
Ellison, a 6-4, 235 pound end, is rated as the No. 50 player in the state of Texas, and the No. 26 defensive end in the nation, according to 247 Sports’ Composite Rankings.
The Frogs have a solid pipeline from Aledo, as Ellison is one of two kids from the dynasty high school program to pledge to TCU this cycle. Alongside Ellison, linebacker Wyatt Harris, younger brother of Wes Harris, is expected to sign with TCU.
