FORT WORTH -- TCU football (4-5, 2-4 Big 12) put an end to its three-game losing streak on Saturday with a narrow 14-13 victory over Kansas State (3-6, 1-5 Big 12).
Aided by three Kansas State turnovers and a missed extra point in the fourth quarter, the Horned Frogs were able to return to the win column for the first time in over a month -- inching one victory closer to bowl eligibility as a two-game road trip looms for TCU. Sophomore quarterback Michael Collins picked up his first win as TCU's starting quarterback behind a 218-yard passing performance, including a 67 yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Jalen Reagor.
