TCU offensive lineman
Halapoulivaati Vaitai has been selected by the Philadelphia Eagles with the 164th overall pick in the NFL draft, making him a fifth-round selection and the third Horned Frog selected this weekend after Josh Doctson and Derrick Kindred.
Vaitai was part of a TCU offensive line that produced a 1,000-yard rusher last season and did a good job protecting quarterback Trevone Boykin throughout the year.
The Eagles have a number of offensive linemen already in place but with a new coaching staff in Philly he could get the chance to compete for playing time.
