The Horned Frogs have most of their offense coming back, though there’s a wide-open battle at quarterback. They’re replacing nine defenders who started seven or more games last season. But Patterson likes this group. He senses their team chemistry is “far better than it was a year ago.” Their young contributors are growing up. Their injured leaders will be back soon.
