TCU is ranked No. 1 in Baseball America’s preseason poll for the first time ever. The No. 1 ranking is TCU’s fourth, as they also sit atop the D1Baseball, Collegiate Baseball, and Perfect Game polls.
With 22 lettermen returning from a team that advanced to the College World Series for the third year in a row, Texas Christian opens the 2017 season ranked No. 1 in Baseball America’s Preseason Top 25 college baseball rankings.
It is the first time the Horned Frogs have ever topped the rankings and the eighth straight season they are ranked in the Preseason Top 25.
