The Frogs patchwork defense has been solid, but has a tough task ahead in the Pokes.
Some have considered 2018 to be a “rebuilding year” for Oklahoma State following the departures of quarterback Mason Rudolph and wide receiver James Washington -- both of who were drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers -- after the 2017 season, but the Cowboys have still managed to put up big numbers this fall, albeit less consistently than a year ago. Nonetheless, Oklahoma State has hit its stride in the last month, scoring at least 31 points in each of its past four games and at least 45 in the past two weeks.
