If the TCU Horned Frogs are going to make it through the season and into the College Football Playoff, they are going to need to stay healthy for the course of the entire year. Just one game into the season, things are not going according to plans:
On Tuesday TCU head coach Gary Patterson announced starting linebacker Sammy Douglas will miss the remainder of the season due to an undisclosed injury. Patterson also suggested defensive end James McFarland could also be out for some time, even as long as the rest of the season due to a foot injury.
