TCU head coach Gary Patterson thought Shawn Robinson's first career TD pass was 'perfect'

TCU head coach Gary Patterson wasn't overly complementary of his quarterbacks after the Frogs' 63-0 thrashing of Jackson State.

But he did have some nice things to say.

Patterson said he thinks TCU's receivers have begun to trust Kenny Hill, but that the senior quarterback still needs to fix some things.

"I think the kids trust him," Pattterson said. "We still need to get better on drop backs. On his interception, he needs to throw that quick."

Hill completed 18-of-23 passes for 206 yards, four touchdowns and one interception. He was subbed in the third quarter for true freshman Shawn Robinson, who recently won a state championship with DeSoto High School.
