Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports is reporting that TCU has fired basketball coach Trent Johnson.
Johnson has been TCU's coach for four seasons, with only the 2014-15 campaign ending over .500. Johnson's overall record with the Horned Frogs is 49-74.
Johnson's teams regularly got eaten up in Big 12 play, never amassing more than four conference wins.
The Horned Frogs did pull off an upset of No. 5 Kansas in 2013.
