Todd, at 6-foot-2, will be immediately eligible to play at TCU this upcoming season after reclassifying from 2020 to 2019. He ended the 2018-19 season -- the lone year with Finley Prep for the Ontario, Canada, native -- as the team's leading scorer and was one of the headliners for Nike's Elite Youth Basketball League, a showcase featuring some of the top prep talent in North America.
