This game was pretty much an unmitigated disaster, any way you look at it. TCU’s defense forced four turnovers, but the offense could only muster up seven points off of them. Kenny Hill has three turnovers, the offensive line was a disaster, undisciplined play cost them yards, and Kyle Hicks didn’t get the ball enough.
Hicks ran the ball 18 times for 104 yards and a touchdown. He had just one reception on the day.
Defensively, the Frogs were very soft in the secondary, despite forcing three interceptions. Ryan Willis, making his first start of the year for Kansas, threw for over 300 yards on the day.
