TCU's 2018 recruiting class was once again among the highest-rated in program history, checking in at No. 25 in the nation and third in the Big 12. And like the 2017 class, a 4-star dual-threat quarterback was at the forefront of the group.
Only one regular season has been played since class signed, and many players have yet to even make their TCU debuts after taking a redshirt this fall. Alas, here are some early evaluations from the group.

Taye Barber, WR: Quarterback Justin Rogers may be the appropriate answer when it comes to pure athleticism and potential, but it's difficult to dub the 4-star prospect as the "best player" when he has yet to play a game for TCU.
