Recapping the Big 12's offseason coaching carousel

The annual offseason coaching carousel has almost come to a stop. Here’s a closer look at who’s gone and who’s new in the Big 12 heading into 2017. Only two coaching staffs in the conference -- Oklahoma and Iowa State -- are set to bring all their assistants back. A rundown of all the changes thus far:

Baylor

Out: Jim Grobe, Kendal Briles (Florida Atlantic), Phil Bennett (Arizona State), Jeff Lebby, Tate Wallis, Randy Clements, Chris Achuff, Jim Gush, Cris Dishman, Carlton Buckels

In: Hired Matt Rhule (HC), Matt Lubick, Jeff Nixon, Phil Snow, Glenn Thomas, Joey McGuire, George DeLeone, Elijah Robinson, Mike Siravo, Francis Brown

Six of Rhule’s assistant coaches followed him from Temple to Waco, Texas; staff roles weren't due to be made official until Thursday.
