Summer is here, and that means College football prediction season has arrived. One of the longest-running and most popular season preview magazines is Phil Steele's annual college football preview magazine. It hits newstands later this month, but we've gotten a sneak peek.
As part of his magazine, he predicts the conference standings for all FBS conferences. He only takes a stab at bowl matchups for all 41 bowl games.
This year, he predicts all nine of our area FBS colleges -- Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, SMU, Baylor, TCU, North Texas, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State -- to participate in bowl games.
