Josh Foster was on TCU’s campus last week for the final camp of the summer, and his last impression was a positive one. The Horned Frogs made a strong push for the 6’0”, 165 pound safety out of Newton High School in Newton, TX, but more importantly, his mom came away impressed.
On Friday, Foster made it official to the Frogs, announcing via a commitment video on twitter.
Home and family are two words recruits use to describe TCU, and Coach Fitch’s connection with the younger Foster is just another example of that. But there was more to Josh’s commitment than just how the Horned Frogs’ coaching staff treated his family, according to an interview he conducted with Jeremy Clark last month.
