FORT WORTH -- Two hours before TCU basketball re-entered the AP Top 25 for the first time in six weeks on Monday, Jamie Dixon was running several minutes late to his interview before the Horned Frogs hit the practice-court.
Around the corner from the hardwood at the Schollmaier Basketball Complex , the third-year TCU head coach could be seen finishing up a phone call which he said was related to medical issues with his team -- something that has had a larger presence than any coach would like this early in the season.
"Talking to trainers and doctors for half of your day is not what you want to be part of your strategy," Dixon said.
