Chuck Carlton: You've heard this before and so has he, but Kliff Kingsbury. What happened last season with a 6-7 finish was more of a reprieve than an endorsement. Athletic director Kirby Hocutt did say he wanted to see progress and that he and Tech wanted more than .500 regular seasons.
