TCU fans have finally gotten to see Michael Collins in action, and it’s been a pleasant surprise. Of course, Shawn Robinson got the start for the Frogs, and the offense looked as stagnant and out of sync as they have since the second half of the Ohio State game.
But, after four possessions that all ended in punts, Collins finally entered the game, and he didn’t disappoint. With TCU down 21-7, Collins entered and completed his first pass to Turpin for a first down. The fans started to get into the game at that point, and after OU dropped an interception that may have been a touchdown the other direction, Collins hit KaVontae Turpin on a screen pass and let the speedster do the rest.
