Poor shooting and turnovers killed TCU, as the Frogs dropped to 9-10 on the season and 1-6 in Big 12 play after a 73-60 loss to Iowa State on Saturday.
TCU shot just 39.1% from the field and an abysmal 23.5% from deep, while turning the ball over 18 times. Meanwhile, Iowa State finished the game shooting 53.1% from the field and 53.3% from three, allowing them to overcome 23 turnovers of their own in what was, ultimately, a very sloppy game.
The Frogs were led by Chauncey Collins, who scored 14 points to go with four assists and three rebounds.
